Complex, іndivіdualny, anonimny pіdkhіd before treatment
Ureaplasmosis (a disease caused by ureaplasm – a bacterium included in the list of pathogens of sexually transmitted infections and recognized as the causative agent of non-gonococcal urethritis in men) is an inflammatory process in the genitourinary organs, when U. urealyticum is found with the help of laboratory examination and no other pathogenic microorganism that is capable of causing these inflammations is not detected. The incubation period lasts on the average 2-3 weeks.
Ways of transmitting the ureoplasmosis
The main route of transmission of ureaplasmosis is sexual, although some scientists point to the possibility of a domestic way of transmission. It is possible and vertical – from the mother to offspring.
Symptoms of ureaplasmosis, signs and course of Ureaplasma
- Intermittent liquid discharge from the genital tract, resembling whey in appearance.
- Itch external genitals, outlimb of urethra and other mucous membranes
- Women have pain in the middle or at the end of menstruation and a brownish
discharge before or after menstruation. - Intermenstrual (ovulatory) discharge of blood or brownish leucorrhoea.
- Skin rashes.
- Pain in the liver that is not associated with cholecystitis.
- Extreme susceptibility to catch a cold
- Urolithiasis
Diagnosis of ureaplasmosis
To detection the causative agent the precision methods of examination are used – PCR (DNA method), IFA and bacterial culture. According to the results of a normal smear, you can only suspect the presence of ureaplasmas. For this disease, the number of white blood cells in the swab may be increased slightly or not exceed the norm at all.
Most often there is a combination of mycoplasmal and ureoplasma infection. If your the pH of the medium is changed (antibiotics, hormones, climate change, stress) — there is a phenomenon of dysbiosis and increases the number of conditionally pathogenic microflora, which creates favorable conditions for the colonization of the genital tract by ureaplasma, where they are actively multiplying.
